Le nom du fichier est&nbsp;: nuke-canicule.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-1963\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que ses pro\u00admo\u00adteurs pr\u00e9\u00adtendent encore que le nucl\u00e9aire serait un moyen fiable de pro\u00adduire de l\u2019\u00e9lec\u00adtri\u00adci\u00adt\u00e9, les \u00e9v\u00e8\u00adne\u00adments d\u00e9montrent clai\u00adre\u00adment que ce n\u2019est pas ou plus le&nbsp;cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, en cet \u00e9t\u00e9 2026 qui est una\u00adni\u00adme\u00adment d\u00e9crit comme cani\u00adcu\u00adlaire mais qui sera sous peu consi\u00add\u00e9\u00adr\u00e9 comme en fait tr\u00e8s ordi\u00adnaire, divers pays nucl\u00e9a\u00adri\u00ads\u00e9s sont obli\u00adg\u00e9s de bais\u00adser la puis\u00adsance de leurs r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs nucl\u00e9aires <strong>voire de les arr\u00ea\u00adter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n\u2019est ain\u00adsi pas du tout anec\u00addo\u00adtique de noter que trois r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs de la cen\u00adtrale nucl\u00e9aire de Gravelines (Nord) ont d\u00fb \u00eatre arr\u00ea\u00adt\u00e9s en urgence le 11 ao\u00fbt de par l\u2019as\u00adpi\u00adra\u00adtion, dans les cir\u00adcuits de refroi\u00addis\u00adse\u00adments, <strong>de mil\u00adliers de m\u00e9duses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, ces mal\u00adheu\u00adreux orga\u00adnismes - impi\u00adtoya\u00adble\u00adment broy\u00e9s par EDF - <strong>se d\u00e9mul\u00adti\u00adplient sous l\u2019ef\u00adfet du r\u00e9chauf\u00adfe\u00adment des oc\u00e9ans<\/strong>&nbsp;: cet \u00e9v\u00e8\u00adne\u00adment, qui s\u2019\u00e9\u00adtait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pro\u00adduit au m\u00eame endroit un an aupa\u00adra\u00advant jour pour jour, est donc appe\u00adl\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;se repro\u00adduire <strong>de plus en plus sou\u00advent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, sous l\u2019ef\u00adfet de la cha\u00adleur, l\u2019eau de divers fleuves et rivi\u00e8res - <strong>Danube, Rh\u00f4ne, Meuse, Moselle, Garonne, etc<\/strong> - est trop chaude ou bien son d\u00e9bit est trop faible pour pou\u00advoir refroi\u00addir cor\u00adrec\u00adte\u00adment les r\u00e9acteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfois, il s\u2019a\u00adgit \u00ab&nbsp;seule\u00adment&nbsp;\u00bb de res\u00adpec\u00adter les normes envi\u00adron\u00adne\u00admen\u00adtales car, peu de gens le savent encore, <strong>les cen\u00adtrales nucl\u00e9aires rejettent dans les rivi\u00e8res et les oc\u00e9ans des quan\u00adti\u00adt\u00e9s mas\u00adsives de pro\u00adduits chi\u00admiques et radio\u00adac\u00adtifs<\/strong>, le tout dans une eau r\u00e9chauf\u00adf\u00e9e qui menace la faune et la&nbsp;flore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous ces pro\u00adduits tr\u00e8s pol\u00adluants - alors que le nucl\u00e9aire est sou\u00advent pr\u00e9\u00adsen\u00adt\u00e9 comme une \u00e9ner\u00adgie \u00ab&nbsp;propre&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;! - se diluent d\u2019au\u00adtant moins que le d\u00e9bit est faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les auto\u00adri\u00adt\u00e9s de s\u00fbre\u00adt\u00e9, \u00e0&nbsp;com\u00admen\u00adcer par <strong>la tr\u00e8s indul\u00adgente ASNR fran\u00ad\u00e7aise<\/strong>, accordent aux exploi\u00adtants toutes les d\u00e9ro\u00adga\u00adtions qu\u2019ils exigent mais, lorsque l\u2019eau vient ou vien\u00addra \u00e0&nbsp;man\u00adquer, m\u00eame les d\u00e9crets les plus com\u00adplai\u00adsants seront inop\u00e9rants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous conseillons d\u2019ailleurs de sur\u00adveiller atten\u00adti\u00adve\u00adment le d\u00e9bit de la Loire, rame\u00adn\u00e9 par endroits \u00e0&nbsp;un filet d\u2019eau. Ce sont quatre cen\u00adtrales - <strong>Belleville, Dampierre, Saint-Laurent et Chinon<\/strong> - qui sont en sur\u00adsis. Les diri\u00adgeants d\u2019EDF prient pour l\u2019ar\u00adri\u00adv\u00e9e de pluies mira\u00adcu\u00adleuses mais, m\u00eame si c\u2019est le cas cette ann\u00e9e, le miracle ne se repro\u00addui\u00adra pas tous les&nbsp;ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La v\u00e9ri\u00adt\u00e9 est en effet que <strong>le r\u00e9chauf\u00adfe\u00adment du cli\u00admat condamne irr\u00e9\u00adm\u00e9\u00addia\u00adble\u00adment le fonc\u00adtion\u00adne\u00adment des 38 r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs fran\u00ad\u00e7ais situ\u00e9s en bord de rivi\u00e8res<\/strong>. Quant aux 19 autres, situ\u00e9s en bord de mer ou d\u2019es\u00adtuaire, c\u2019est <strong>le risque de sub\u00admer\u00adsion<\/strong> qui les menace de plus en plus au fur et \u00e0&nbsp;mesure de la mon\u00adt\u00e9e du niveau des oc\u00e9ans cau\u00ads\u00e9e par le r\u00e9chauffement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous en avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu un petit aper\u00ad\u00e7u dans la nuit du 27 au 28 d\u00e9cembre 1999 lorsque <strong>la cen\u00adtrale giron\u00addine du Blayais<\/strong> a&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 gra\u00adve\u00adment inon\u00add\u00e9e et a&nbsp;fr\u00f4\u00adl\u00e9, douze ans \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019a\u00advance, <strong>le sce\u00adna\u00adrio dra\u00adma\u00adtique sur\u00adve\u00adnu en 2011 \u00e0&nbsp;Fukushima<\/strong> (Japon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, <strong>bien que tota\u00adle\u00adment d\u00e9con\u00adsi\u00add\u00e9\u00adr\u00e9 et finis\u00adsant<\/strong>, le pou\u00advoir macro\u00adnien tente, avec la com\u00adpli\u00adci\u00adt\u00e9 de la direc\u00adtion d\u2019EDF, de rendre irr\u00e9\u00adver\u00adsible le lan\u00adce\u00adment d\u2019un pro\u00adgramme de nou\u00adveaux r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs&nbsp;: les fameux EPR2, qua\u00adsi iden\u00adtiques \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019EPR qu\u2019EDF ne par\u00advient tou\u00adjours pas \u00e0&nbsp;faire fonc\u00adtion\u00adner \u00e0&nbsp;Flamanville\u2026 alors que cela devait \u00eatre th\u00e9o\u00adri\u00adque\u00adment le cas d\u00e8s&nbsp;2012&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pro\u00adbl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas seule\u00adment l\u2019in\u00adca\u00adpa\u00adci\u00adt\u00e9 d\u2019EDF - d\u00e9mon\u00adtr\u00e9e sur plu\u00adsieurs chan\u00adtiers en France et en Angleterre - \u00e0&nbsp;construire ses propres r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs, et le finan\u00adce\u00adment injus\u00adti\u00adfiable de ces pro\u00adjets par <strong>le \u00ab&nbsp;vol&nbsp;\u00bb d\u00e9li\u00adb\u00e9\u00adr\u00e9 de l\u2019argent du Livret A, pour\u00adtant pr\u00e9\u00advu pour le loge\u00adment social.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pro\u00adbl\u00e8me est que, si par extra\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnaire EDF retrouve la notice et par\u00advient \u00e0&nbsp;construire cor\u00adrec\u00adte\u00adment des r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs, ces der\u00adniers com\u00admen\u00adce\u00adront \u00e0&nbsp;fonc\u00adtion\u00adner dans les ann\u00e9es 2040 et&nbsp;2050.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MM Macron, Lecornu et Fontana (le Pdg d\u2019EDF) vont-il expli\u00adquer aux gens qui cr\u00e8vent de cha\u00adleur d\u00e9sor\u00admais tous les \u00e9t\u00e9s, que la situa\u00adtion pour\u00adrait s\u2019a\u00adm\u00e9\u00adlio\u00adrer dans 25 ou 30&nbsp;ans&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout le monde sait que <strong>c\u2019est imm\u00e9\u00addia\u00adte\u00adment qu\u2019il faut agir<\/strong>, \u00e0&nbsp;d\u00e9faut de l\u2019a\u00advoir fait depuis de nom\u00adbreuses ann\u00e9es mal\u00adgr\u00e9 <strong>les mul\u00adtiples aver\u00adtis\u00adse\u00adments lan\u00adc\u00e9s par les anti\u00adnu\u00adcl\u00e9aires et autres \u00e9co\u00adlos<\/strong> aujourd\u2019\u00adhui accu\u00ads\u00e9s de tous les maux\u2026 pour la simple rai\u00adson qu\u2019ils les ont annon\u00adc\u00e9s et d\u00e9non\u00adc\u00e9s en premier&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au lieu de cap\u00adter encore une fois des dizaines voire des cen\u00adtaines de mil\u00adliards <strong>pour les offrir \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019in\u00addus\u00adtrie nucl\u00e9aire<\/strong>, les diri\u00adgeants poli\u00adtiques doivent lan\u00adcer imm\u00e9\u00addia\u00adte\u00adment des plans de d\u00e9ve\u00adlop\u00adpe\u00adment des \u00e9ner\u00adgies renou\u00adve\u00adlables (sans pour autant d\u00e9fo\u00adres\u00adter pour ins\u00adtal\u00adler des parcs solaires !), d\u2019a\u00addap\u00adta\u00adtion au chan\u00adge\u00adment cli\u00adma\u00adtique et sur\u00adtout, grande absente des dis\u00adcours et actes de la plu\u00adpart de poli\u00adti\u00adciens, <strong>de sobri\u00e9\u00adt\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous n\u2019a\u00advons pas la place ici - il fau\u00addra une autre tri\u00adbune - pour expli\u00adci\u00adter pour\u00adquoi <strong>la fuite en avant macro\u00adnienne vers le \u00ab&nbsp;tout \u00e9lec\u00adtrique&nbsp;\u00bb est une h\u00e9r\u00e9\u00adsie<\/strong> qui ne peut mener qu\u2019\u00e0 une nou\u00advelle impasse, sur\u00adtout quand il s\u2019a\u00adgit de faire venir des centres de don\u00adn\u00e9es (data cen\u00adters) qu\u2019il fau\u00addra ali\u00admen\u00adter mas\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adment et en conti\u00adnu\u2026 <strong>au lieu de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins vitaux de la popu\u00adla\u00adtion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces der\u00adni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons not\u00e9 des effets d\u2019an\u00adnonces de construc\u00adtion de r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs nucl\u00e9aires dans divers pays du monde. Il faut croire que, pour la plu\u00adpart des pr\u00e9\u00adsi\u00addents, rois, guides ou sur\u00adtout dic\u00adta\u00adteurs, par\u00adler de nucl\u00e9aire conf\u00e8re encore un cer\u00adtain prestige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais heu\u00adreu\u00adse\u00adment, la r\u00e9a\u00adli\u00adt\u00e9 est bien dif\u00adf\u00e9\u00adrente&nbsp;: la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de ces annonces ne sont sui\u00advies d\u2019au\u00adcun effet et, don\u00adn\u00e9e publique et recon\u00adnue par les agences inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnales, <strong>la part du nucl\u00e9aire dans la pro\u00adduc\u00adtion mon\u00addiale d\u2019\u00e9lec\u00adtri\u00adci\u00adt\u00e9 est pas\u00ads\u00e9e de 17,1% en 2001 \u00e0&nbsp;8,85% en 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;: ce n\u2019est pas une baisse mais un v\u00e9ri\u00adtable effon\u00addre\u00adment, qui se pour\u00adsuit inexo\u00adra\u00adble\u00adment ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e. Pendant ce temps, la part des \u00e9ner\u00adgies renou\u00adve\u00adlables approche des 40% et monte de fa\u00e7on exponentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est donc grand temps d\u2019<strong>annu\u00adler tous les pro\u00adjets nucl\u00e9aires<\/strong>, \u00e0&nbsp;com\u00admen\u00adcer le pro\u00adgramme fran\u00ad\u00e7ais EPR2 et, au lieu de res\u00adter m\u00e9du\u00ads\u00e9s, de se pro\u00adje\u00adter dans l\u2019a\u00addap\u00adta\u00adtion au cli\u00admat bru\u00adlant qui nous frappe d\u00e9j\u00e0 et attend nos descendants\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alors que ses pro\u00admo\u00adteurs pr\u00e9\u00adtendent encore que le nucl\u00e9aire serait un moyen fiable de pro\u00adduire de l\u2019\u00e9lec\u00adtri\u00adci\u00adt\u00e9, les \u00e9v\u00e8\u00adne\u00adments d\u00e9montrent clai\u00adre\u00adment que ce n\u2019est pas ou plus le&nbsp;cas.
