Voir ici la mise au jour de ce peu glo\u00adrieux sub\u00adter\u00adfuge. Mais il est vrai que la ten\u00addance est d\u00e9ses\u00adp\u00e9\u00adrante pour les pro\u00admo\u00adteurs de l\u2019atome\u2026<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois ans apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la catas\u00adtrophe de Fukushima, dont les cons\u00e9\u00adquences vont h\u00e9las conti\u00adnuer \u00e0&nbsp;s\u2019aggraver pen\u00addant des d\u00e9cen\u00adnies, l\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire tente de faire bonne figure et pr\u00e9\u00adtend m\u00eame \u00ab&nbsp;repar\u00adtir de l\u2019avant&nbsp;\u00bb. Des orga\u00adnismes de pro\u00adpa\u00adgande comme l\u2019Agence inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ato\u00admique (AIEA) ou la World nuclear asso\u00adcia\u00adtion (WNA) dif\u00adfusent des chiffres sid\u00e9\u00adrants&nbsp;: des cen\u00adtaines de r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs seraient d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 com\u00adman\u00add\u00e9s et seraient \u00ab&nbsp;bien\u00adt\u00f4t&nbsp;\u00bb mis en chan\u00adtier, la pro\u00adduc\u00adtion nucl\u00e9aire serait ame\u00adn\u00e9e \u00e0&nbsp;pro\u00adgres\u00adser mas\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adment dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0&nbsp;venir, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9a\u00adli\u00adt\u00e9 est tota\u00adle\u00adment dif\u00adf\u00e9\u00adrente, et il suf\u00adfit pour s\u2019en convaincre de consul\u00adter les don\u00adn\u00e9es offi\u00adcielles (il convient donc de ne pas confondre infor\u00adma\u00adtion et com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion, cette der\u00adni\u00e8re rele\u00advant de la tromperie).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut ain\u00adsi consta\u00adter&nbsp;que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>la part du nucl\u00e9aire dans l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 mon\u00addiale s\u2019est effon\u00addr\u00e9e depuis 10 ans,<\/strong> pas\u00adsant de 17% en 2001 \u00e0&nbsp;envi\u00adron 11% en 2011<span class=\"spip_note_ref\">&nbsp;[<a class=\"spip_note\" href=\"#nb1\" id=\"nh1\" rel=\"appendix\" title=\"Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, Key world energy statistics 2003 et&nbsp;(\u2026)\">1<\/a>]<\/span>, et est \u00e0&nbsp;coup s\u00fbr pas\u00ads\u00e9e d\u00e9sor\u00admais sous les 10% du fait de la baisse nette de pro\u00adduc\u00adtion nucl\u00e9aire en 2012 et 2013 (cf point sui\u00advant). Il est tr\u00e8s impor\u00adtant de noter que ce ph\u00e9\u00adno\u00adm\u00e8ne est struc\u00adtu\u00adrel, com\u00admen\u00adc\u00e9 bien avant Fukushima, et qu\u2019il conti\u00adnue bien enten\u00addu depuis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>la pro\u00adduc\u00adtion nette d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire d\u00e9cline depuis 2006<\/strong> (hor\u00admis un \u00ab&nbsp;rebond&nbsp;\u00bb en 2010, effa\u00adc\u00e9 depuis), comme on peut le voir sur <a class=\"spip_out\" href=\"http:\/\/world-nuclear.org\/info\/Current-and-Future-Generation\/Nuclear-Power-in-the-World-Today\" rel=\"external\">le propre site de la World nuclear asso\u00adcia\u00adtion<\/a>. Ce n\u2019est pas seule\u00adment la part rela\u00adtive du nucl\u00e9aire qui dimi\u00adnue (sachant que les autres \u00e9ner\u00adgies pro\u00adgressent vite, en par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlier les renou\u00adve\u00adlables)&nbsp;: la quan\u00adti\u00adt\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire dimi\u00adnue ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e. La WNA a&nbsp;d\u2019ailleurs cen\u00adsu\u00adr\u00e9 sa propre publi\u00adca\u00adtion pour faire dis\u00adpa\u00adra\u00eetre la courbe (en chute libre&nbsp;!) de <a class=\"spip_in\" href=\"https:\/\/www.observatoire-du-nucleaire.org\/?p=402\">la part du nucl\u00e9aire dans l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 mon\u00addiale<\/a> . On attend avec impa\u00adtience le chiffre offi\u00adciel de 2012 (publi\u00adca\u00adtion en juillet 2014).<br class=\"autobr\"> On note par ailleurs que la part des \u00e9ner\u00adgies renou\u00adve\u00adlables d\u00e9passe 20% (plus du double de celle du nucl\u00e9aire) et est en aug\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion rapide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>42% du parc nucl\u00e9aire mon\u00addial a&nbsp;plus de 30 ans<\/strong>&nbsp;: les fer\u00adme\u00adtures d\u00e9fi\u00adni\u00adtives vont se multiplier.<br class=\"autobr\"> Ces der\u00adniers mois, 4&nbsp;r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fi\u00adni\u00adti\u00adve\u00adment fer\u00adm\u00e9s aux USA (Crystal River 1, San Onofre 1&nbsp;et 2, Kewaunee 1) et un autre le sera en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e (Vermont Yankee). Ce sont les pr\u00e9\u00admices d\u2019un ph\u00e9\u00adno\u00adm\u00e8ne g\u00e9n\u00e9\u00adral qui va voir la pro\u00adduc\u00adtion nucl\u00e9aire conti\u00adnuer d\u00e9cro\u00eetre inexorablement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>les r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs en construc\u00adtion ne pour\u00adront com\u00adpen\u00adser les fermetures<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La WNA agite le nombre \u00ab&nbsp;record&nbsp;\u00bb de 72 r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs en construc\u00adtion mais cer\u00adtains le sont depuis 20 ou 30 ans, et m\u00eame 40 ans pour Watts Bar (USA). On conna\u00eet aus\u00adsi les pro\u00adbl\u00e8mes insur\u00admon\u00adtables ren\u00adcon\u00adtr\u00e9s par Areva en Finlande et EDF \u00e0&nbsp;Flamanville. Par ailleurs, la majo\u00adri\u00adt\u00e9 des chan\u00adtiers en cours le sont en Chine, pays qui inves\u00adtit bien plus dans les renou\u00adve\u00adlables (les \u00e9oliennes pro\u00adduisent d\u00e9sor\u00admais plus que le nucl\u00e9aire)&nbsp;: c\u2019est donc un \u00ab&nbsp;engoue\u00adment&nbsp;\u00bb bien vir\u00adtuel qui cache mal le d\u00e9clin net de l\u2019atome mondial.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>De nom\u00adbreux chan\u00adtiers annon\u00adc\u00e9s ne ver\u00adront en fait jamais le&nbsp;jour<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019innombrables nou\u00adveaux r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annon\u00adc\u00e9s avec tam\u00adbours et trom\u00adpettes ces der\u00adni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, mais ont pour la plu\u00adpart \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite dis\u00adcr\u00e8\u00adte\u00adment annu\u00adl\u00e9s. On peut ain\u00adsi citer le pr\u00e9\u00adten\u00addu pro\u00adgramme nucl\u00e9aire turc, annon\u00adc\u00e9 puis annu\u00adl\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;de nom\u00adbreuses reprises\u2026 depuis 1967&nbsp;! De m\u00eame, les r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs EPR que EDF pr\u00e9\u00adtend construire en Grande-Bretagne b\u00e9n\u00e9\u00adfi\u00adcient de la part de Londres de sub\u00adven\u00adtions mas\u00adsives qui ne pas\u00adse\u00adront assu\u00adr\u00e9\u00adment pas le filtre de Bruxelles&nbsp;: il est injus\u00adti\u00adfiable de rendre \u00ab&nbsp;ren\u00adtable&nbsp;\u00bb, avec l\u2019argent public, un pro\u00adjet gra\u00adve\u00adment d\u00e9fi\u00adci\u00adtaire. Ces EPR ne seront assu\u00adr\u00e9\u00adment jamais construits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion&nbsp;: l\u2019avenir du nucl\u00e9aire est assu\u00adr\u00e9\u2026 par ses catas\u00adtrophes et ses d\u00e9chets radioactifs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire n\u2019a aucune pers\u00adpec\u00adtive d\u2019avenir&nbsp;: elle va seule\u00adment ten\u00adter de sur\u00advivre en pro\u00adlon\u00adgeant le plus long\u00adtemps pos\u00adsible la vie des r\u00e9ac\u00adteurs actuels, pour\u00adtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 anciens et plus dan\u00adge\u00adreux que jamais.
